Knowledge(Local)

In our games knowledge local must always be defined. For example you can't have just knowledge local and expect it to work in all towns. Instead you must include the name of the town or city in example - Knowledge(Local:Waterdeep) or Knowledge(Local:Sharn). This makes the skill only useful in specific towns or cities only, but this is how the skill is meant to be used in any major campaign setting.
