| Shadow d20 Notes: We see no reason to punish the spontaneous casters in our games. With this in mind the Quicken Spell feat does not increase casting time to a full-round action. This is also how the new PathfinderRPG also handles metamagic feats. This change will also help out a cleric who is spontaneously casting a cure/inflect spell as a Quicken Spell. |
Quicken Spell(Metamagic)
Special: The Quicken Spell metamagic feat is an exception for spontaneous casting metamagic spells. Spells modified by the Quicken Spell metamagic feat can be cast as normal using this feat. In other words it does not change to a full-round action.
