D&D 3.5 Deadly Aim, Feat - New

Shadow d20

Deadly Aim(Fighter, Ranger)

You can make exceptionally deadly ranged attacks by pinpointing a target's weak spot, at the expense of making the attack less likely to succeed.

Prerequisite: Dex 13, base attack bonus +1.

Benefit: On your action, before making attack rolls for a round, you may choose to subtract a number from all ranged  attack rolls and add the same number to all ranged damage rolls(in addition to the normal damage modifier from a high Strength score, if applicable).  This number may not exceed your base attack bonus.  The penalty on attacks and bonus on damage apply until your next turn.

Special: If you attack with a composite bow, either short, long, or great, instead add twice the number subtracted from your ranged attack rolls.

Classes: A ranger's Combat Style bonus feat selection includes Deadly Aim at 2nd level.
